A New Town of 2,600 homes may be built between Cranleigh, Dunsfold and Alfold.

In the masterplan unveiled in 2006 the developer, Dunsfold Park Ltd, proposes a new town of 2,600 homes. That is more homes than are in Alfold, Chiddingfold, Dunsfold and Hascombe combined and twice the number of homes in Bramley! Dunsfold Park New Town would be one of the largest residential construction projects Surrey has ever seen.
