Appeal dismissed, Planning Permission refused
25th September. The Department of Communities and Local Government
today announced that the Secretary of State agrees with the conclusion
of the Planning Inspector and that Dunsfold Park's appeal is dismissed
and planning permission refused.
Dunsfold Park have six weeks to decide whether to challenge this decision by applying to the High Court.

Minister by 28 September 2009.
Why is it all happening so fast? Is there a conflict of
interest because of RBS’s involvement with Dunsfold Park? Will our roads soon be

4th November 2008 - Dunsfold Park Ltd has today announced its intention to
appeal against Waverley Borough Council’s decision to refuse their masterplan
application for the aerodrome in Dunsfold, nr Guildford, Surrey.
"An ill considered and irresponsible decision" was the verdict of Barry Myers, the SDPNT chairman.

Wednesday 17th September 2008
Dunsfold Park’s proposal to build 2,600 houses on the site
of the former aerodrome was refused almost unanimously by Waverley planners.
Three Lib Dem councillors abstained, the remaining councillors at the meeting voted against
the plans. This is a major victory for those of us campaigning against the
proposed New Town.
